Fees and Rescheduling

Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Charterer’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:

within 7 days of sailing: $100

24 -72 hours prior to sail: $200

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the sail are not accepted and Charterer is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled sail occurs or not.

Cancellation by Captain

In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the vessel due to severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive events, or mechanical failure, the sail will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to December 31st of the current year at no additional charge. Refunds are not offered. Severe weather is determined solely by the Captain of the vessel.

Cancellation by Guest

In the event of cancellation by the charter guest once paid in full, there will be a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled charter.
